About Happy Dugout

Our online fastpitch softball coaching school helps coaches, parents and community leaders increase their skills on how to teach girls softball in a time efficient manner. Happy Dugout aims to gather data for the recreational sector of governmental affairs to include R&D on marginalized girls who aspire to play sports.

With mandatory parent education, all courses are equipped with detailed practice plans for each week, quick and effective warm up routines, game time signals for short game strategic coaching and methods for maintaining player focus on the field. All practice plans are equipped with detailed instruction for offense and defense. The highlights of Happy Dugout™ are the Player Evaluations and all encompassing playbook.

About the Founder

With over 100,000 hours on the field, Coach Dom's coaching experience started in 2002 as an assistant coach at Partrick Murphy's School of Softball at The University of Alabama. Her coaching career quickly progressed to girls fastpitch travel softball and private instruction.

Graduating from The University of Alabama with an undergrad in human development, Coach Dom's blueprint for success is ideal for the busy parent coaching their kids.
